How REVROK™ Supplier Onboarding Works
Quick overview
At REVROK™, supplier onboarding is designed to be fast, structured and low-risk.
We follow three clear stages:
- Fit & qualification – we confirm your products and capabilities match our export focus.
- Technical & commercial alignment – we build clear offers, territories and channel strategy.
- Launch & growth – we promote your lines under your own brand or REVROK™ private label and connect you with local resellers.
For most manufacturers, the first visible step is the online Supplier Application. Behind that, we do the heavy lifting: screening markets, preparing product positioning, and matching you with proven sales channels.
Step 1: Fit & Qualification
1. Fit & qualification – are we a good match?
- We review your product portfolio, certifications and reference industries.
- We look at your existing export activities and where you’d like to grow.
- We assess which REVROK™ product categories your lines fit best (pumps, valves, robotics, safety, etc.).
- We check basic commercial conditions: minimum order values, lead times, warranty, documentation.
If there is a good mutual fit, we move to a structured onboarding plan.
If not, we’ll be transparent – we only onboard lines we believe we can successfully grow.
Step 2: Technical & Commercial Alignment
2. Technical & commercial alignment – making your offer export-ready
- We select representative product lines (not your entire catalogue) to promote first.
- We agree on branding: under your own name, REVROK™ private label, or co-branding.
- We prepare clear data sheets, application notes and benefit statements in English.
- We define target sectors, territories and channel types (agents, distributors, system integrators).
- We align on commercial basics: discount structure, sample policy, demo units, technical support.
For many suppliers, even a 5–10% increase in export turnover on an existing product line can have a disproportionately positive impact on profit. Most fixed costs are already covered by the home market, so additional export volume often requires little or no extra investment. REVROK™ focuses exactly on creating that kind of incremental growth.
Step 3: Launch & Growth
3. Launch & growth – from first projects to an installed base
- Your product lines are published in the relevant REVROK™ product categories with application-focused descriptions and imagery.
- We actively promote your lines to our network of industrial agents, distributors and manufacturer’s reps.
- For selected partners, we help set up first reference installations and case stories.
- We monitor early projects, feedback and margins, and adjust positioning if needed.
- Over time, we aim to build a repeatable channel model in each territory, with clear responsibilities.
Our goal is not a single shipment, but a long-term export channel where everyone wins: you, the local reseller and the end customer.
What REVROK™ expects from suppliers
- A reliable, proven product with clear application benefits.
- Commitment to support export business (documentation, technical answers, realistic lead times).
- Openness to work with local sales partners and respect agreed territories.
- Willingness to invest a little upfront time so we can promote your lines professionally.
